By accessing or using the LET'S GEAUX MOVING website (the "Site") and/or requesting our moving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LET'S GEAUX MOVING, a Louisiana-based moving company located at 41233 Holland Rd, Ponchatoula, LA 70454. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep all content accurate and up to date, LET'S GEAUX MOVING reserves the right to update, modify, or remove information on this Site at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You may not use our Site or services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

All quotes, estimates, and pricing provided by LET'S GEAUX MOVING are based on the information you supply at the time of the request. Quotes are estimates and may change based on actual inventory, property access conditions, stairs or elevators, distance between locations, packing requirements, or additional services requested on moving day.

For the most accurate estimate, customers should provide a complete and honest inventory of items to be moved. Failure to disclose large, heavy, fragile, or specialty items may result in additional charges or our crew being unable to complete the move safely.

Final pricing will be confirmed before services begin on moving day. By agreeing to proceed, you accept the quoted or adjusted price.

LET'S GEAUX MOVING operates throughout Louisiana, including Ponchatoula, Hammond, Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Slidell, Robert, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Metairie, and surrounding Northshore and Southshore areas.

Service availability depends on crew scheduling, vehicle capacity, and geographic location. We make every effort to accommodate requested dates and times but cannot guarantee availability for all requested windows.

LET'S GEAUX MOVING offers same-day moving services when available. Same-day service is subject to crew availability, vehicle availability, distance, and the scope of the requested move.

While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee same-day service for every inquiry. We recommend booking in advance whenever possible to secure your preferred date and time.

Pricing is based on factors including move size, distance, labor hours, packing services, specialty handling, stairs/elevator access, and any additional services requested.

A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are typically applied toward the final balance unless the move is cancelled outside of the permitted cancellation window.

Payment is due at the completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated during booking.

By booking services with LET'S GEAUX MOVING, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move, including inventory, access conditions, and special requirements.
• Disclose all oversized, fragile, or specialty items (pianos, safes, antiques, artwork, pool tables, etc.) before moving day.
• Ensure pathways, driveways, and entry points are clear and accessible.
• Secure pets and children in a safe area during the move.
• Be available or have an authorized representative present during the move.
• Arrange for proper parking for our moving vehicle at both origin and destination when required.

LET'S GEAUX MOVING reserves the right to refuse or halt any move that we determine to be unsafe, illegal, or beyond our crew's capabilities. This includes but is not limited to:

• Moves involving hazardous materials, illegal items, or dangerous conditions.
• Items that cannot be safely maneuvered due to size, weight, or property constraints.
• Moves where property damage is likely due to narrow hallways, steep staircases, or other structural limitations.
• Moves conducted in unsafe weather or environmental conditions.

If we arrive and find conditions that differ significantly from what was disclosed, we may adjust pricing, reschedule, or decline service at our discretion.

For the safety of our crew and compliance with regulations, LET'S GEAUX MOVING will not transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, toxic chemicals, propane tanks, paints, solvents)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items (unless previously arranged)
• Live plants or animals
• Firearms or ammunition (unless properly licensed and disclosed in advance)
• Items of extraordinary value that have not been declared and insured (jewelry, cash, important documents)

LET'S GEAUX MOVING exercises great care in handling your belongings. However, moving involves inherent risks. Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly disclosed as fragile, antique, or high-value.
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, improper packing by the customer, or failure to disclose access limitations.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left unattended or outside our direct control.
• Our liability for damaged items is limited to repair, replacement value, or a prorated amount, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable Louisiana law.

If you believe an item was damaged during your move, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

To file a damage claim, please:

1. Contact us at (985) 316-5548 or kaylamccarroll17@icloud.com within 48 hours.
2. Provide a detailed description of the damage.
3. Submit photographs of the damaged item(s).
4. Provide proof of the item's value (receipt, appraisal, or comparable market value) if available.

We will review all claims promptly and work toward a fair resolution. LET'S GEAUX MOVING reserves the right to inspect the damage before any reimbursement or repair is authorized.

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate new dates.
• No-shows or failure to be present at the agreed time without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional fees.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific move giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LET'S GEAUX MOVING, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
